Standard lures typically ship out within 3 business days. Allow 1-5 additional days for delivery.
Custom lures are hand-made for you, and can take up to 10 days to ship out, plus 1-5 day for delivery.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION: In order to return a product for a refund, you must first contact us for approval to do so.
SHIPPING: With return authorization, you will be provided with instructions for shipping the lure back to us, at your cost. You must ship your return with tracking and insurance to cover any potential damages.
REFUNDS: Your refund will be made to your original payment method only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: We will only make an exchange for the exact same product, and only if the original was defective.
